| Bio: | I've suddenly come to the realization that I must be middle-aged. That seems quite strange, since I feel (and probably act!) a lot younger. I've done lots of interesting things in my life, and hope to be able to do lots more. I'm happily married to ![[info]](http://p-stat.livejournal.com/img/userinfo.gif) cmyriam and we have a daughter who just about to start second grade. I also have a teenaged son from a previous marriage who circumstances prevented me from getting to know while he was growing up.
I'm a Freemason, and I was the Master of my Mother Lodge in 2005, and I'm honored to be the Senior Warden of another Lodge. I'm also a 32° Scottish Rite Mason, a Past Wise Master of my Rose Croix Chapter, and was honored by being Invested with the rank of Knight Commander of the Court of Honour. I also serve as a member of the Board of Directors and Corporate Secretary for RiteCare of Washington, a charity that provides free therapy to children with speech and language disorders in Washington State. In addition, I am also a member of the local Board (and it's Secretary as well) for the Seattle RiteCare clinic.
Oh, and I used to be chairperson of the Residential Modifications Committee for my Homeowners' Association, but I gave that up because it was taking too much time.
